Reminder: Tell Us How Rising Costs Are Impacting Overall Construction Costs for Single-Family Homes

NAHB’s Economics team is measuring how elevated costs across the residential construction industry impact the cost to build single-family homes. And we need your help.

NAHB is seeking data from single-family builders across seven major stages of home construction to produce benchmarks for costs related to constructing a typical single-family home:

• Site Work
• Foundations
• Framing
• Exterior Finishes
• Major System Rough-Ins (e.g., plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
• Interior Finishes
• Final Steps (e.g., landscaping, decks/patios, etc.)
