IBS Scholarships Offer Members More Opportunities to Network and Learn
The annual NAHB International Builders' Show® (IBS) is the best place for industry pros to learn from and network with the industry’s top leaders. But at times when resources are stretched thin, attending IBS can become a challenge.
To help more members who are between the ages of 25 and 35 years old experience the show’s benefits, NAHB established the IBS Scholarship Program. The scholarship not only provides recipients with IBS registration (an IBS Expo+Education pass), it also includes a travel stipend, hotel accommodations and more.
Those who have applied for and taken advantage of the scholarship in the past can attest to the unique opportunity it afforded them to make new connections and discover the latest industry trends.
“This was truly an opportunity that meant so much to me, especially in my first few years of running our own business,” said Kat Kabat, co-owner of Maven Construction and a 2025 scholarship recipient. “I would never have been able to come without the scholarship, and it was a really incredible experience.”
Applications are now being accepted for IBS 2027 in Las Vegas Feb. 2-4. The deadline to apply for an IBS scholarship is Friday, July 24.
