NAHB members who were unable to join us in Denver this November for the leadership meetings at the 2025 Fall Leadership Meeting can watch some of the highlights on nahb.org, including: 

  • NAHB Chief Economist Dr. Robert Dietz provides an economic outlook. 
  • Tim Costello of Built4F provides a keynote presentation to help residential construction leaders think critically about what AI could mean for their business models, operations, and customer experiences. The presentation is followed by a panel discussion with home builders who are already leaning into AI.
  • NAHB BUILD-PAC Chair Steve Martinez provides an update on BUILD-PAC goals.
  • Randy Strauss, vice chairman of the State & Local Government Affairs Committee, leads a discussion on state and local efforts to move the needle on housing affordability and availability.
  • NAHB Resolutions Committee Chair Dan Mitchell presents an immigration reform resolution and AI permitting recommendation for approval by the Leadership Council.
  • NAHB 2025 Third Vice Chairman Gary Campbell presents a bylaw amendment for approval by the Leadership Council.
  • NAHB CEO Jim Tobin provides an update on the strategic plan and meeting format.
  • 2026 Third Vice Chairman Candidate Jim Chapman addresses the Leadership Council.
  • NAHB 2025 Third Vice Chairman Gary Campbell provides an update on the consensus group discussions regarding committees and councils.
