NAHB and its members celebrate New Homes Month in April. Although high construction costs and elevated interest rates continue to hamper housing affordability, in March, builders expressed cautious optimism as a lack of existing inventory is shifting demand to the new home market.
To help members and home builders associations promote the advantages of newly constructed homes during New Homes Month in April, NAHB provides an online toolkit each year. Resources in the toolkit include consumer articles, social media assets, talking points, and a news release template available to download and customize for local use.
Highlights of this year’s resources include:
