Chairman’s Update: WOTUS Update and More Good News from Capitol Hill

In her April video update to members, NAHB Chairman Alicia Huey provides an update on the successful lobbying effort by NAHB members and staff to pass Congressional disapproval of the Biden administration’s new Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule. The president has since followed through on his veto threat, but the rule’s fate is now in the hands of the U.S. Supreme Court.
