Congress will vote later this week to repeal President Biden’s onerous and costly “waters of the U.S.” (WOTUS) rule. The nation’s home builders and developers deserve a clear and cost-effective rule that creates a predictable permitting process while protecting the nation's waterways and housing affordability.
