Apply to Exhibit at the Innovative Housing Showcase in the Nation’s Capital
The Innovative Housing Showcase, sponsored by NAHB and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, is a three-day event featuring new building technologies and housing solutions that are making housing more innovative, resilient and affordable for American families.
Taking place June 10-12 on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., the event is expected to draw more than 2,500 people, including policymakers, housing industry representatives, media and the general public.
The Showcase will include exhibitor demonstrations, entrepreneurs and leaders in the housing industry. There will be more than a dozen exhibitors, including full-sized prototype homes displaying innovative building technologies that address affordability, resiliency and the future of housing.
NAHB and HUD are accepting applications from companies interested in exhibiting, including table top exhibits, large (non-enterable) exhibits and enterable exhibits, to highlight innovative building products, techniques and solutions to housing affordability, resiliency and energy efficiency.

Household Real Estate Asset Value Falls to Start the YearThe market value of household real estate assets fell from $48.1 trillion to $47.9 trillion in the first quarter of 2025, according to the most recent release of U.S. Federal Reserve Z.1 Financial Accounts.
