The winner of the 2021 Spark Award from the NAHB Leading Suppliers Council (LSC) is one of Signature Kitchen Suite’s latest innovations: the 48-inch Dual-Fuel Pro Range. The high-end range is the first of its kind to feature built-in sous vide functionality with both induction and gas on the cooktop, plus two ovens below.

The annual Spark Award recognizes the most innovative LSC member who demonstrates superior knowledge and expertise in developing cutting-edge building products and services.

What made the 48-inch dual-fuel pro range stand out from the competition, according to Rod Gower, regional sales manager for Signature Kitchen Suite and LG Builder, is its exceptional versatility.

“This is the ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of pro ranges; you’ve essentially got your choice of multiple modalities for whichever way you want to cook,” Gower said. “It’s like having a sous chef in your back pocket. It’s smart, intuitive and can elevate anyone’s current culinary experience.”

Gower added that receiving the Spark Award only further validates Signature Kitchen Suite as an innovative leader within the luxury-appliance market.

“We are humbled by this honor, especially from such a distinguished association and peer group,” Gower said. “We continually strive to show builders, designers, architects and home owners the real value of differentiated luxury products.”

All those who attend the 2021 IBSx Virtual Experience will have the opportunity to visit Signature Kitchen Suite’s virtual booth for a closer look at the 48-inch dual-fuel pro range along with many more products the luxury-appliance maker is bringing to market. Gower is especially excited to showcase Signature Kitchen Suite’s unique under-counter refrigerator with convertible drawers, as well as its new 36-inch dual-fuel sous vide range.

Signature Kitchen Suite will be presented with the 2021 Spark Award just prior to the start of IBSx during the Virtual Suppliers Reception on Monday, Feb. 8.

Existing Home Sales Retreat Amid Low Inventory

Existing home sales fell in January to a more than two-year low after December’s strong rebound, as tight inventory continued to push home prices higher and winter storms weighed on activity.
