2 Building Trends That are Now Essential to Buyers
Smart and healthy homes are no longer a luxury — they are a must have. To help NAHB members learn more about the latest in these home building trends, the Leading Suppliers Council (LSC) is inviting them to attend two, upcoming virtual presentations featuring industry experts.
The two-part "LSC Talks" presentation will be held Thursday, Oct. 15, at 10 a.m. ET. The free event will have two, back-to-back 15-minute virtual discussions about smart-home integrations and indoor air quality innovations that are essential for today's home buyers:
- The Five Levels of a Smart Home: Understanding the Difference Between a Smart Device and a Smart Home, featuring Robert C. Graham, business development manager at Control4.
- Healthy Home Building is the New Normal: Indoor Air Quality is No Longer an Option for Home Buyers — It's a Must Have! featuring Jim Shelton, principal at Harmony Direct Sales.
NAHB members can register here to receive an email with the meeting information. Or they can follow this Zoom link at the time of the meeting (ID: 946 9347 1299) and use password "LSC" to join.
