Resolutions Approved at the 2026 Fall Leadership Meeting
On Oct. 8, one resolution was approved by NAHB delegates at the Leadership Council Meeting at the Fall Leadership Council Meeting in Detroit.
Resolutions for the Leadership Council meeting at the 2027 International Builders' Show (IBS) will be due on Friday, Dec. 18, 2026, in order to be prepared and circulated in advance of the meeting. Resolutions or recommendations submitted before Dec. 18 will require a two-thirds majority vote, rather than a simple majority for passage. After Dec. 18, the Resolutions Committee would have to make a determination that a resolution or recommendations is an emergency in order to be considered at the Leadership Council meeting during IBS.
