Resolutions in the Pipeline for the 2026 Fall Leadership Meeting
One resolution has been submitted for consideration at the Fall Leadership Council Meeting in Detroit.
If approved, this resolution will replace existing policy 2022.2 No. 2 Smart Growth Policy Statement: Building Better Places to Live, Work and Play.
Resolutions and recommendations may still be submitted by NAHB delegates for consideration at the Leadership Council meeting. Resolutions or recommendations submitted before Oct. 1 will require a two-thirds majority vote, rather than a simple majority for passage. After Oct. 1, the Resolutions Committee would have to make a determination that a resolution or recommendations is an emergency in order to be considered at the Fall Leadership Council meeting.
