NAHB ROAD to Housing Advocacy Videos
The 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act expands the nation's housing supply by reducing regulatory barriers and encouraging local governments to reform the zoning and land-use policies that have limited home building. NAHB worked with House and Senate lawmakers to pass this package by securing provisions that increase single-family and multifamily production and support more remodeling.
The videos below feature several of NAHB's subject matter experts and members detailing the key provisions in this bill and how they will impact the home building industry.
NAHB members and HBA staff are welcome to download and share these videos with their local lawmakers and industry colleagues. The videos are also curated in an NAHB YouTube playlist.
