Stacie Sutton Director of Training at WINTERWOOD INC More about Stacie Sutton Stacie Sutton brings over 30 years of dedicated experience in the Affordable Housing Industry. She spent 28 impactful years at the Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC), where she held several leadership roles, including Managing Director of Rental Assistance Programs. During her tenure at KHC, Stacie was actively involved in multiple committees such the Risk Assessment Committee, New Initiatives Committee, and played a key role in launching the organization's Safety Committee and revamping the Multicultural Affairs Committee. Her commitment to service and collaboration was evident in her willingness to assist wherever needed.

After retiring from KHC, Stacie took on the role of Director of Training at Winterwood, Inc., where she has been instrumental in building a new training team and enhancing company-wide efforts to invest in and develop staff talent. Nationally recognized in her field, Stacie holds several formal training certifications and has contributed to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) working groups that have helped shape industry policy. Her excellence in affordable housing was most recently honored by the Southeastern Affordable Housing Management Association (SAHMA).
