She has worked for both non-profit and for-profit Developers as well as non-profit and for-profit Low Income Housing Tax Credit Syndicators. This has given her a well-rounded perspective of the industry.

In her most recent position, she served as the Director of Asset Management for PIRHL, LLC, an affordable housing Developer with multifamily properties in Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

She is passionate about creating generational wealth through home ownership and believes that everyone should have housing they can afford and a place they love to call home.

Sabrina holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Howard University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Cleveland State University. She also earned a certification from the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management (CHAM) as well as the Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation from the National Association of Home Builders.
