Feedback on Federal Rental Assistance Program

The year-end COVID-19 relief package includes a robust rental relief component that will allow landlords to request rental assistance on behalf of their tenants. If you have a question about the program, please submit this form and NAHB staff will follow up and provide additional guidance when possible.

Please note: NAHB does not have the application to request rental assistance, and is unable to help individual renters to obtain assistance. Please reach out to your state’s Housing Finance Agency or Public Housing Agency to determine which organization is going to be administering the program.
