As an economic recession loom, many in the housing industry are looking for ways to improve their business practices and maintain profitability. So how can industry pros set themselves up for success?

Two upcoming live online courses will help illustrate best practices for improved financial security:

  • The Project Schedule: A Planning Schedule and Communication Tool on Nov. 29 will discuss key methods to help professionals increase business efficiency. Attendees will learn strategies to help keep their projects on schedule and achieve higher customer satisfaction, stronger team and vendor relationships, and healthier profits.
  • Business Accounting: A Roadmap to Profitability on Dec. 1 will cover essential accounting practices to help you better track and analyze costs and communicate them effectively. Attendees will learn how to correctly apply accounting terminology, develop a good chart of accounts and maintain improved financial statements.

NAHB Education is offering both of these live courses in a new, half-day format from 1-4 p.m. ET. Attendees will earn three hours of continuing education credits.
