In the December Chairman's Update, NAHB Chairman Chuck Fowke provides some good news to members regarding builder confidence, as measured by the NAHB/Wells Fargo Housing Market Index. For the third month in a row, builders stated their confidence in the industry, as consumer demand remains high even in the face of supply chain and affordability challenges.
