Thank you for your support of the Master Certified New Home Sales Professional (Master CSP) designation program. NAHB Education closed this designation to new candidates effective September 30, 2019.
Professionals who hold the Master CSP designation have been provided knowledge to grow their careers in new home sales. Through the professional-level courses of the CSP and Master CSP curriculum that were designed by and for those who specialize in new home sales, designees benefit from the proven expertise of top industry sales management and training experts to excel in this highly competitive field. Course requirements included an additional 30 hours of instruction in all facets of the home building industry as candidates chose the courses that reflected their sales specialties, such as green and sustainable building or sales for clients in affordable housing or senior communities.
