More about Jennifer Williams
Jennifer Williams is Managing Partner and President of KGA Studio Architects, PC. Founded in 1977, KGA is a nationally recognized, award-winning architectural studio providing creative, leading-edge architectural design. She joined the Louisville, Colorado based firm in January 2014 as Director of Marketing & Operations. Shortly thereafter she accepted an offer to join the Partnership and in 2018 was named President. As Managing Partner her role is to manage all aspects of the business "so the Architects can be Architects." KGA’s design and production staff includes specialists in production housing, community centers, mixed use, multi-family, infill, LEED certified, interiors, small to medium commercial, custom residential and speculative projects.
Prior to joining KGA, Jennifer’s career was in the publishing industry with luxury home & design magazines. Her passion for design began in 2003 when she moved to New York to work as promotions director for Hearst Publishing at House Beautiful magazine. A Coloradan at heart, she returned to Denver in 2006 to work for Colorado Homes & Lifestyles magazine, where she was promoted to publisher within a year.
Jennifer holds both CMP (2016) and MIRM (2018) NAHB accreditations. She is the chair of the 2018 - 2019 Council Board for the HBA of Metro Denver, a position which also places her on the Executive Board of the HBA. In addition, she serves on the Board of the Sales & Marketing Council (2014 – present) and on the Advisory Board of the Custom Builder & Remodeler Council (2016 – 2018). She co-chaired the 2015 MAME awards and chaired the 2018 CARE awards. She was also a founding Member of the Board to the Professional Women in Building Council (2015 – 2017).
