More about Eric Brown
Eric draws from over 30 years of experience developing and consulting on real estate projects throughout the Western United States. Highlights include developing the 1997 NAHB Best Active Adult Community in the Nation, Arizona Traditions. In 1998 he founded Artisan Homes and developed high-density single family, town home, loft, mixed-use and live/work communities in the greater Phoenix area. His developments earned numerous local and national awards. In 2004 he sold his company to a NYSE homebuilder.
Eric also has an impressive consulting background including years as the Managing Partner in the Los Angeles office of The Meyers Group, a national market research firm and as a Managing Director at the prestigious Robert Charles Lesser Company. He is currently developing niche infill developments in the Phoenix area.
Known for his entertaining and enlightening presentations, he has been interviewed on shows such as CNN, The Today Show, and The Wall Street Week in Review and has spoken at numerous conferences around the world including as the keynote speaker for National Real Estate Conferences in Australia in 2004 and New Zealand in 2005.
He has been called a “Guru” on Real Estate Trends by The Los Angeles Times and has twice been named one of the Ten Most Influential People in Real Estate by the Phoenix Business Journal and was awarded the 2003 DREAMR award by the Downtown Phoenix Partnership for his work in revitalizing Downtown Phoenix.
