Ken Semler, Express Modular

Ken Semler is a longtime member of the Building Systems Councils and served as the 2019 council chairman. He tirelessly works to promote the modular construction industry, publishing countless articles on modular construction while serving as a popular expert on offsite construction for media outlets. As such, Ken was named a “Hero of Modular Housing Construction” by JELD-WEN Widows and Doors in 2019. On the NAHB side, in addition to serving as BSC chairman, Ken is also the national director of West Virginia’s Easter Panhandle HBA. Ken expanded his personal business this year, adding franchise opportunities to the list of services offered by Express Modular.
