Using insights she gleaned during the various changes to the home building landscape, Carrie has been instrumental in creating sales, marketing, and strategic plans that allow continued success, regardless of economic or competitive influences. Now the owner of White Stone Residential, Carrie serves the disabled veteran population by building accessible and adoptive homes for them. She is a business consultant, coach, and nationally sought after speaker.

A native of Wisconsin, Carrie spent five years on active duty with the United States Marine Corps. Upon completion of her service, she attended the University of North Carolina-Wilmington, where she earned her Bachelors Degree in Finance. Carrie holds an Executive MBA from the Jack Welch Management Institute.
