Trent Cragun, NAHB’s 2017 Membership and PR committee member, is a homebuilder and developer from Logan, UT.
A first-generation homebuilder, he is the founder and president of Lifestyle Homes, a residential builder in Utah. Started in 2010, the business has quickly grown to become one of the substantial builders and developers in the local market. Having developed 100’s of lots and 100’s of homes the company is also branching out into the multifamily market with townhomes and apartments.
His appreciation for the construction industry has helped him see the value of participating in the local Home Builders Association, CVHBA. He has served as its President in 2015 and Past President in 2016. He is also serving on the Board of Directors at the state level.
Attending his first International Builders Show (IBS) in 2012 changed the trajectory of his career in construction and the success of his business. The educational, learning opportunities and networking with other builders and suppliers have been vital to growth. Currently serving in NAHB on the Executive Board of Directors and committee member on the Single Family Home Builders.
Actively involved in his community, Trent is currently serving on Logan city’s Renewable Energy Conservation Advisory Board, CVHBA Giving Back charitable organization, coaches team sports for youth, and actively serves in his local church.
He and his wife, Amy, have five children and a dog.
