Ryo Zsun joined Zappos Inc. in 2012 where his journey started as a barista. After a year of wowing Zapponians with creative specialty beverages, his passion for customer service then moved him into the Zappos Customer Loyalty Team delivering happiness on the phones to our customers. With his love of connecting with people and his continuous pursuit of growth and development, Ryo soon joined our amazing team of culture guides. As the Culture Maestro, Ryo hosts tours of our Zappos Campus HQ to guests from around the world, sharing our history, customer service, and the company culture. Ryo has recently traveled to Jamaica to share Zappos Company Culture & Customer Service, hosts private Q&A sessions on campus and continues sharing his passion for culture through public speaking venues here in Las Vegas. Ryo was an integral part in sharing the Zappos Culture and assisted in training our extended family in Jamaica on how to Deliver WOW Through Service. He also hosts Q&A sessions on campus and continues sharing his passion for culture through speaking events in Las Vegas.
