Roland has personally sold over 750 million dollars in Real Estate sales, and coaches sales teams to increase sales and customer satisfaction, with yearly sales in the many billions. Roland is a “hands on” sales coach, helping salespeople and managers increase sales and accomplish incredible results, while always selling with integrity. Roland takes great pride in the many thousands of salespeople that he has personally coached, and helped increase their sales with his proven processes and techniques.
He is known as the “Stuff Guy”, because he fills his programs with real word techniques that work in today’s ever changing market. Roland spent three years as Director of Sales for a luxury home builder in South West Florida where he was personally involved in numerous sales from one million to over five million dollars. He greatly enjoyed working directly with clients and helping ensure the “Perfect Client Experience”, as well as recruiting, training, and coaching new sales people to success.
He rejoined the world of new home sales training, coaching and consulting last summer, and is proud to be back enjoying his true passion of coaching salespeople and teams to realize their highest potential, while having some fun along the way.
