Matt Brown is a native Floridian with over 15 years’ experience in the Real Estate industry. After nearly a decade as a residential broker, Matt spent the last 6 years working in marketing, sales management and business development for a large media company based in Chicago. He started a builder-focused ad agency under the corporate umbrella that leveraged a unique “pay for performance” fee structure which resulted in explosive growth in its first two years. Matt and his family moved back home to Florida two years ago and he came to work for a local builder/developer, heading up sales and marketing and putting his broker/marketing/home builder sales experience to use. He has a wife and two young children and enjoys playing golf and watching football in his free time.
