Kerrie and her team work with land developers and home builders and have established a track record of providing strategic, creative solutions that generate outstanding results for their clients. Gilbert & Sheppard Group has cultivated over 20 years of insight into the motives and attitudes of those seeking age targeted or age restricted lifestyle communities. According to Kerrie: “We know people over 55 are as diverse as they are demanding, and they want living solutions as distinctive as they are. Kerrie directed the creative marketing and advertising that attracted pre-sales and sustained interest in the community before, during and after the development phases.

Betsy teamed up with Kerrie Gilbert, an award winning creative director and graduate of Savannah College of Art & Design.
