Kerrie Gilbert brings over 20 years of creative insight to the ever-changing motives and attitudes of mature audiences. She knows the active adult and senior markets are as diverse as they are demanding, and she knows how to engage them via integrated marketing strategies. As Creative Director for Gilbert & Sheppard Group - a marketing firm whose primary focus is builders and developers of age-targeted and amenity-enriched communities - Kerrie has orchestrated numerous marketing initiatives to attract pre-sales and sustain interest in new home communities before, during and after all phases of development. She’s led her southeast-based team to produce results-driven solutions that have been recognized with more than 100 housing industry marketing awards. In 2019, to expand their innovative services for clients, Gilbert & Sheppard Group merged with Immersion Active, a digital marketing firm with international reach and expertise in marketing to mature consumers.
Nationally and locally, Kerrie is a member of the 55+ Housing Council and the Professional Women in Building Council. She has been a moderator for an IBS 55+ Educational Session, a speaker/presenter within IBS 55+ Central, and a speaker/presenter for open sessions hosted by the Atlanta 55+ Council and the HBA of Georgia. Kerrie’s background also includes certifications as a Facilitator of Adult Learning from: American Management Association, Development Dimensions International, and the Ken Blanchard Companies.
