Jay Goldberg has been involved in the marketing and sales of new homes for over 30 years. During this time, Jay worked for two of the Nation's leading advertising agencies specializing in advertising and marketing in the Home Building Industry and then as a sales management leader for the Nation's two largest Home Builders, D.R. Horton and Lennar. His experience in marketing and passionate and empathetic leadership of Builder Sales Teams gives him a skillset unique among sales and marketing professionals. Goldberg is now Vice President Marketing for Traditions of America, a leader in the development of Active Adult 55+ communities. Traditions of America and its leadership have gained a reputation for forward thinking, successful 55+ communities for the past 25 years. Goldberg is a MIRM and has served on the Board of Trustees for both the MIRM Board and the National Sales & Marketing Council and has spoken at the IBS show as well as local and regional Builder Conferences. He has also served as a MIRM Instructor and Emcee at various Builder Awards programs.
