To maintain your Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) designation, you must complete four hours of Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) education or training each year. Any other type of education or training will not be accepted.
If NAHB Education has requested proof of CE hours, please complete and submit the form below. If you have renewed your HCCP designation on time, you are not required to complete the form and provide verification.
Do not submit your form unless you have completed all of the requirements.
If your form is incomplete or your CE hours do not qualify, you will have 30 days to satisfy the CE requirements. Failure to complete requirements by this date will result in the suspension of your HCCP designation.
