Joseph McGaw, Executive Director of National Sales and Marketing Council

Joe McGawJoseph is responsible for managing the development, coordination and implementation of programs and services for NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council and its Institute of Residential Marketing. Joseph oversees of the NSMC Board of Trustees and IRM Board of Governors and manages the council's budget and staff resources. Prior to his current position, he was director of marketing and educational services for NSMC and IRM, overseeing Sales + Marketing Ideas magazine, and managing all education and designation programs on behalf of members. Anne Ladewig, Communications Manager

Anne Ladewig HeadshotAnne manages NSMC eNews, NSMC's pages on nahb.org and NSMC's social media presence on Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter. She also assists with Sales + Marketing Ideas magazine. Anne has a passion for achieving marketing communications objectives by efficiently integrating emerging technology. Anne combines formal journalism training (B.A., cum laude from Texas A&M University) with an entrepreneurial spirit, resulting in a talent for live tweeting, blogging and traditional media outreach, and creating email newsletters and emarketing campaigns. Anne is a member of The National Press Club, Washington Women in Public Relations and the American Marketing Association. Carlena Farrar, Manager, Membership Development & Relations

Carlena Farrar HeadshotCarlena manages membership recruitment and retention for the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and helps develop new local councils. She promotes products and services to support local Sales and Marketing Councils (SMC), and works to enhance the visibility of council benefits through communications and marketing efforts. She is the staff contact for change of address requests, SMC council reports, monthly roster and billing report mailings, local programming support, the NSMC Membership and Marketing Committee, Million Dollar Circle, Sales Central, SMC workshops, regular call-in workshops and regional roundtables.Carlena brings extensive membership management experience from past assignments at associations, including the Federal Bar Association, the Envelope Manufacturers Association and the American Society of Association Executives.
