PathHouse
PathHouse
PathHouse is a manufacturing company producing zero-carbon housing modules that comprise up to 80% of the construction value of a multifamily or stand-alone residential structure. They can be stacked up to three stories, are completely waterproofed, and pre-certified at the national level for life safety, allowing for swift local permitting approval and deployment.
The PathHouse mission is to convert climate change challenges into housing solutions by creating a market for high-value wood products that use timber extracted via restoration forest management practices, and use those products cost effectively for quickly deployable, net-zero carbon housing.
Our vision is a high-volume modular housing factory that uses carbon sequestering mass-timber products for the units’ shell and structure. Combining advanced innovation and DfMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) results in lower costs, higher quality, and zero waste production. PathHouse modules are stocked at the factory site for immediate deployment. Our business model is designed to significantly reduce customer investment risk every step of the way with pre-designed, pre-approved, and warrantied modules that dramatically reduce design, permitting, and construction time.
