In today’s world, both business meetings and news interviews occur quickly and can be posted instantaneously. The first part of this series, Question and Answer Skills for Business and Media, will help you master strategies for developing key messages and delivering them effectively for various platforms - from print to social media to face-to-face business contacts. The training includes instruction, skill-building exercises and on-camera practice interviews in which you will learn:

  1. Ways to evaluate your real audience and speak to them clearly by developing key messages with compelling supporting evidence.
  2. How to handle tough questions and how to build a bridge from an ‘off topic’ inquiry back to your message.
  3. Your rights and how to use them to effectively communicate your perspective in interviews and business meetings, and respond to questions with confidence.

Class size is limited to 12.
