Public speaking is consistently ranked as one of people's greatest fears. But with proper training, you can overcome this hurdle to give superior presentations — or even teach NAHB educational, instructor-led courses — when you take Train the Trainer, June 5, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C.

Taught right before the start of the 2023 Spring Leadership Meeting, Train the Trainer is designed for:

  • Building industry professionals interested in teaching NAHB instructor-led, classroom courses
  • Industry experts or experienced instructors who have had no formal education in training
  • Any trainers who want a refresher to improve their classroom training skills

This is a great opportunity to learn concepts and tools to help you bridge the gap between knowing the information — and teaching it to others.

NAHB Continuing Education: Six credit hours for CAPS, CGA, CGB, CGR, GMB, GMR, CSP, Master CSP, CGP, Master CGP, CMP, MIRM.

Please note: Class size is limited to 10 participants, so please register early. Due to the limited class size, registration must be completed ahead of time and will not be available on-site. Participants will be given a pre-course assignment to prepare a two-minute personal introduction.
