The NAHB International Builders’ Show® (IBS) Zones and Pavilions are some of the biggest draws to the show floor because they allow attendees to get up close and personal with the most in-demand products in the industry. Here’s a quick look at what’s happening on the show floor for the 2023 event in Las Vegas, Jan. 31-Feb. 2.

Watch live hands-on, how-to demonstrations in different zones to see products, techniques and more in action. Learn about new products and how they work, and interact with suppliers and manufacturers to get more information.
Construction Performance Zone (South Hall)
Gain insight from industry experts for building more durable, energy-efficient, higher-quality homes. This is the first time the Construction Performance Zone (formerly the IBS Building Zone) will be in Vegas. The Construction Performance Zone has three distinct areas:
- Demonstration Stage: Features a series of 30-minute interactive demonstrations that show the practical steps for constructing various building components using the latest techniques, tips and tricks in high performance construction.
- Presentation Stage: Industry experts host interactive talks that dive deeper into the best practices addressed on the Demo Stage and the latest research and growing trends in building and construction efficiency.
- Building Display Area: Take a closer look at the mock-ups created in the demos to see how various components are built and how products and techniques translate to real-world application.
Craft Techniques Zone (West Hall)
Discover best practices, tips and how-to craft building techniques and skills through a variety of 30-minute interactive demonstrations. While the Construction Performance Zone focuses on the larger structural and performance-related aspects of building, this new zone explores the details, updates and finishes that complete the home — covering everything from carpentry/fine woodworking, stair building and home tech to roofs, decking and outdoor living (and everything in between).
New Product Zone
The New Product Zone is also coming to Vegas for the first time. One of the most popular places on the show floor, this zone allows attendees to get up close and personal with the newest and most innovative products to hit the industry.

Explore hot technology, learn ways to streamline business operations, gain insider product knowledge and discover what’s next in construction technology to build and grow a thriving business. Directly interact with vendors and their products to find technology that meets customers’ needs to build a more efficient and profitable business.
IBS Jobsite Safety Zone
