Students or recent graduates (within the past two years) in a two- or four-year university/college, vocational apprenticeship, or other training program who are interested in green building can apply for a scholarship to attend the 2023 International Builders’ Show (IBS), Jan. 31-Feb. 2, in Las Vegas for free.
The Sustainability and Green Building IBS Scholarship provides exposure to students and recent graduates in the construction industry to the world of high-performance homes. Attending IBS can help you make the connections you need to jumpstart your professional trajectory. The 2023 IBS will be an in-person event, allowing scholarship recipients to collaborate with peers, meet mentors in the green building industry, and attend key education sessions and demonstrations.
Even if you are not a student or recent graduate yourself, you can still get involved:
- Encourage a young building professional or current student interested in high-performance homes and sustainable building to apply.
- Share this opportunity on your social media channels, and tag #IBS2023 and #greenIBSscholarship.
- Make a tax-deductible donation to help more students attend IBS in the future.
