Builders: What Are Your Predictions for 2023?
Pro Builder, NAHB's official publication, produces an annual Housing Forecast Survey that asks home builders nationwide, regardless of volume or market segment, to share predictions about the coming year. Data collected includes the number of units they expect to close, whether they anticipate earning more or less revenue, buying land, and hiring more employees, and the challenges and opportunities they foresee for their business.
The survey, which takes about five minutes to complete, is completely anonymous and responses will be reported in the aggregate in the magazine's November/December 2022 issue, and shared with NAHB.
This is your chance to contribute to an important benchmarking opportunity for the housing industry and your peers. It also provides Pro Builder with insight into the issues and topics you care about for future articles in its magazine, website, and social media channels.
Builders who complete the survey can opt-in to be entered into a random drawing for one of four $50 Visa gift cards — a little incentive to take the survey and a thank-you for your time and insights. The deadline to submit the survey is Oct. 6, 2022.
