The second edition of NAHB's Building an Appetite cookbook series, Around Our Table, is now available to order online for $25. The latest version showcases the culinary talents of our members and staff. After the first edition, Building an Appetite, became a top seller at the 2017 IBS Bookstore, NAHB published its sequel that debuted at the 2019 International Builders' Show. All sale proceeds will go to support the National Housing Endowment/NAHB Doug Wistner Scholarship Fund. If you didn’t have a chance to purchase a copy of the sequel on-site at the 2019 IBS, you can order your copy online for $25 at nahb.org/buildinganappetite. This cookbook series was inspired by Doug Wistner, son of NAHB Immediate Past Chairman Granger MacDonald and his wife, Kathy. Doug was a passionate cook who passed away in January 2015.
