James F. "Jim" Brady, an NAHB member for over 60 years, passed away on April 14. Brady, 96, was president of both the HBA of Greater Cincinnati
(1970) and the Ohio HBA
(1976). He also was an Honorary Lifetime member of the HBA of Greater Cincinnati and an NAHB Senior Life Director.
Brady, a World War II U.S. Army veteran, earned an MBA from Harvard University, and was founder and owner of JF Brady Homes. Brady was involved in the development of many residential communities in the City of Forest Park, Ohio.
"Jim was a legacy in the Greater Cincinnati residential construction industry. He was actively engaged in the HBA for over 60 years," said HBA of Greater Cincinnati Executive Director Dan Dressman. "A true gentlemen who always had a few good jokes to share."
