Resolutions Approved at the 2023 International Builders’ Show

Three resolutions were approved by the Leadership Council on Feb. 2 at the 2023 International Builders’ Show.

• 2023.2 No. 1: Facilitating New Affordable Homeowners’ Insurance Options
• 2023.2 No. 2: A2L Refrigerant Mandate by EPA
• 2023.2 No. 3: DOL Enforcement of Misclassification of Employees

Resolutions for Consideration at the 2023 Spring Leadership Meeting

Resolutions to be considered by the Leadership Council at its next meeting, during the Spring Leadership Meetings in Washington, D.C., must be submitted by Friday, April 28.

After this date resolutions and recommendations may still be submitted for consideration, but will require a two-thirds majority vote, rather than a simple majority for passage.
