Todd Usher More about Todd Usher Todd Usher built Addison Homes on a solid green foundation. The first builder to earn the National Association of Home Builders’ Master Certified Green Professional designation, Todd holds a variety of industry credentials and has grown Addison Homes into a leading South Carolina builder of Healthy, High Performance homes. Todd serves on the Industry Advisory Board for Clemson University’s Department of Construction Science and Management, The Energy and Environmental Building Alliance Board of Directors, and he is part of the Best Practices Research Alliance, a collaborative effort to foster innovation in high-performance construction and smart energy homes. Todd holds a B.S. in Packaging Science and an MBA from Clemson University. Todd currently teaches in the Construction Science and Management Department at Clemson where he encourages the next generation of builders to embrace high performance building and is pursuing a PhD at Clemson in Planning, Design, and the Built Environment.
