Stephen Tobin More about Stephen Tobin Stephen focuses his practice on delivering practical solutions to clients engaged in residential and commercial development and construction projects, complex real estate transactions, and related financing activities. Stephen drafts and negotiates residential and light-commercial construction and real estate contracts, employment agreements, loan documents, and deed restrictions. Stephen also participates in dispute resolution and advises clients regarding the formation and governance of business organizations. Stephen graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law. During law school, Stephen served as Senior Articles Editor of the Arizona Law Review, and was elected Vice President of the Student Bar Association. Stephen is Past Chair of the Construction Section of the Tarrant County Bar Association. Stephen served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Houston Builders Association in 2015 and 2016.
