Rachel Flint More about Rachel Flint As Vice President of Hubbell Homes, Rachel provides strategic leadership, planning and oversight of the home building operations in Iowa and Nebraska. She leads all planning, development and implementation for the division, including construction, warranty, design, estimating and sales. Rachel joined Hubbell Realty Company in 2004 and has served in leadership roles for Hubbell’s public relations, marketing and sales. Rachel received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master’s Degree in Communication Leadership from Drake University. She is a Certified Sales Professional with the National Association of Home Builders. Rachel is currently a Delegate for the National Association of Home Builders, serves as 2020 Vice Chair for NAHB 20 Club and is the 2020 President of the Greater Des Moines Home Builders Association. In 2016, she co-founded the Skilled Trades Alliance, a partnership between the business community and Des Moines Public Schools to promote the trades within high schools. Rachel was also named 2016 Builder of the Year and 2016 Member of the Year by the Greater Des Moines Home Builders Association.
