Pierrette Tierney More about Pierrette Tierney Pierrette began her career in homebuilding at Pulte Homes in Las Vegas as a Sales Associate. She quickly climbed the management ranks at Pulte and Taylor Morrison, most recently serving as Division President for Taylor Morrison’s Bay Area operations. In her career, she has overseen the development and implementation of hundreds of master-plan, active adult, high-density and luxury home communities. In 2016, she and her husband, Matthew Magleby, decided to take their vast industry experience and put it to work for the family business at Magleby Construction, a professional custom construction firm with close to 250 employees. She now oversees business development, client pre-construction services, marketing, branding, and strategic growth opportunities for the expanding company. She also recently opened a Park City based division office for the organization. She serves on the Visionary Council for AtlasRTX, a tech company focused in the homebuilding industry, is the first female President of the Park City Homebuilder Association, is a founding member of the Utah Chapter of Professional Women in Building (PWB), and sits on the Board of Directors for Illuminate- an organization that works to accelerate the next generation of women business leaders through personal growth, training, and mentorship opportunities.
