Growing the business for nearly 30 years, she remains involved and excited about each project. From conceptual design to selecting the final piece of art for the building, Phyllis' vision is to create environments that enrich the community and the lives of people who live and work in them. Specializing in both new construction and renovation of multi-family properties since 1990, HDG has partnered with numerous developers throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
