Paul Hanson More about Paul Hanson Paul Hanson has been President of Epcon Communities Franchising and a Trustee of the Epcon Communities Marketing Co-Op since December of 2018. Under his guidance, the company launched an overhauled franchise agreement for builders in April of 2019 with the aim of better aligning the company's services and fee structure to meet the challenges of today's market. Prior to joining Epcon, Paul served as Group Vice President for Arthur Rutenberg Homes, a custom homebuilding franchise based in Clearwater, Florida, first working with existing franchise builders in the Florida market and then, later, recruiting franchise builders in the Midwest upon their entry into that region. Paul began his career in homebuilding with NVR, where he spent twelve years rising through the ranks of various operational roles within several Ryan Homes divisions in Northeast Ohio, Central Ohio, and Central Florida. Paul is a 2003 graduate of Grove City College in Grove City, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor's of Science in Accounting, and earned his MBA from the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, in 2009.
