Mike Kozlowski More about Mike Kozlowski After earning an engineering degree at the University of Florida I took a job with a small engineering firm of 8 in Jacksonville Beach, FL. Nearly 2 decades later I operate as the president of the same firm, having grown it to nearly 80 employees over 5 divisions. We provide multi-discipline architectural engineering services in 23 states and the Caribbean. My focus in recent years has been coordinated design and optimization across disciplines. The amount of product and process waste in our industry is staggering. With a relational design approach between owners, designers, and subcontractors, I believe we can collaborate and complete designs faster. These same designs, having been developed in a collaborative fashion, are optimized to best practice and material usage prior to going to bid. The result is efficiency across the design, bid and build process.
