Kristin Peterson More about Kristin Peterson Kristin Peterson has been in the Colorado real estate industry since 2001, holding positions within home building, land development and as a real estate agent. As the Marketing Manager for William Lyon Homes of Colorado, one of the largest Western U.S. regional home builders, she is able to combine all faucets of the industry with her passion for marketing the best places to call home. Kristin has a strong interest in consumer behavior and considers buying trends from both in and outside of the home building industry when marketing homes. Throughout her career, she has won several Sales and Marketing Council Marketing and Merchandising Excellence (MAME) awards in marketing including Advertising Campaign, Signage, Community Clubhouse, Print Ad, and Radio. Her approach to marketing focuses on where and how people want to live rather than simply the home that they buy.
