Experienced Leader, Entrepreneur and Small Business Consultant with over 25 years of success in leading organizations, starting new organizations and assisting client companies as the start-up or grow. Throughout his career Doug has served in leadership in for-profit, non-profit and government organizations. Doug specializes in assisting business develop plans that focus on improving their operational and financial performance and executing effective strategies to implement those plans.
A highly successful entrepreneur in his own right, Doug owned and served as President of BDG Entrepreneurial Services from 1998 through 2015 providing small business accounting, tax and consulting services to small businesses with offices in four states. Doug founded Growth Team Strategies in 2012 and continued to serve as the President of this organization, which specialized in helping small and medium-sized businesses plan and implement the strategies that lead to successful rapid growth until October, 2017.
Doug has had considerable experience in:

• Creating and developing new programs for businesses, organizations and agencies
• Developing and delivering business training programs on a wide range of topics including: business start-up, growing a business, process improvement (LEAN), and strategic planning
