Since 2012, The Ipsum Group has been assisting developers and home builders across the U.S. to envision and deliver modern 55+ communities with a focus on marketing, development, and operations for profitable success. The Latin phrase "Nosce Te Ipsum" - Know Thyself - inspired the name of The Ipsum Group celebrating the self-actualized 50+ consumers she has worked with for more than three decades. Deborah is currently serving as a 2020 Trustee on NAHB’s 50+ Housing Industry Council and Chair of the Education Committee and is a full member of the National Community Development Council, Urban Land Institute.
