Bob Wilhem More about Bob Wilhem Bob Wilhelm is a Senior Principal, architectural innovator and design team leader. He is engaged in bringing to life the vision for new residential communities through creative and appropriate design concepts, while ensuring that project design and development captures the intended direction. A 38-year veteran of the profession, Bob has extensive knowledge in the planning and design of a full range of residential building and product types of varying densities for the ageless home buyer. Passionate about project quality and innovation, Bob’s community level design involvement ensures that the architectural “big idea” be carried out with visible excellence. His community level expertise includes the prototyping of new residential product, recreational complexes, community theming and imagining and participation / design implementation of general multi-generational “age in place” communities, here and abroad. Bob was involved with the design of Rancho Mission Viejo at its inception including the vision and “big ideas,” theming, architecture, design guidelines, clubhouses and design review. Bob’s talent has been rewarded with outstanding sales results and design awards for excellence. Bob has been a participant in “Meet the Experts” at PCBC, SEBC, ULI and NAHB in addition to assorted speaking engagements for industry conventions, trade shows, ULI groups and school programs.
