More about Tim Sullivan
Tim has more than 37 years of experience in analyzing and valuing real estate development opportunities all over the United States and Latin America. He has developed the ability to interpret diverse statistics and trends and translate them into actionable plans. Tim’s personal commitment to his clients is to constantly assess the economy, real estate market and consumer trends to identify the newest and best ways to profitably invest and develop. He is a major influencer in the field of market research and community development. He has formulated creative supply and demand methodologies, driven new product designs for conventional and active adult living spaces and helped re-define community development programs all over the country.
During his career, Tim was a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick’s National Real Estate Consulting Group before serving as principal of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence’s Real Estate Consulting Practice and his own firm. He earned an MBA with a concentration in marketing and finance from San Diego State University, and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego. He also holds a MIRM (Member of the Institute of Residential Marketing) from the National Association of Homebuilders. He was inducted into the California Homebuilder Hall of Fame in June 2016 and has been a District Council Chair and National Residential Council Chair for the Urban Land Institute.
